Toccoa Falls, Ga. (January 16, 2024) – As the spring semester approaches, Toccoa Falls College is excited to welcome students back to campus with several updates since they were last here. Over the previous five weeks, TFC’s Maintenance Department, Ron Cantrell Construction (RCC), and Toccoa Flooring have helped improve campus facilities and the environment where students connect, learn, and live.

The flooring on the first level of the Woerner World Missions Center has been replaced. Plans are to paint the interior of the building in the near future and install new flooring in the lecture hall.

In LeTourneau (LT) Hall, three bathrooms and the laundry room for floors one and two have been fully renovated. These were completely gutted, and the updated space is almost unrecognizable with all new features, including tile, windows, heaters, bathroom fixtures, etc. With only two bathroom remodels remaining, completing this project means that most LT residents can now enjoy an improved space for personal care and hygiene.

C-Wing of Forrest Hall has been closed for students and has undergone significant renovations for the last nine months. Most recently, bathroom fixtures have been set in place, and exterior wall work has begun. At this rate, Phase I of the Transform Capital Campaign will be finished even sooner than planned. TFC looks forward to students enjoying the new C-Wing beginning in August 2024! To raise 8 million dollars to renovate A- and B- Wings next, please consider giving to transform students’ lives. It has certainly been a productive transition into 2024, but the best is still to come. TFC counts down the days until students return, with new students arriving on January 18 and returning students on January 21. As Toccoa Falls College enters a new year, please pray for our students, faculty, staff, and community as we keep our eyes fixed on the Lord and continuously seek His will.
