TFC Updates for Campus Improvement Projects
Toccoa Falls, GA. (July 2, 2025) – As we approach a new academic year and welcome students on campus, TFC is excited to provide an update on Forrest Hall and campus-wide renovations. Stephen Frady, Assistant Director of Physical Plant, shared,
“The newly renovated M-wing has passed a final walkthrough inspection with the administration and is now officially completed. Ron Cantrell Construction team (RCCI) has done a great job with Phase I and II of the renovation process. A special thanks to project superintendent Seth Bailey for his oversight of the completed work. The M-wing will be open for our incoming students this Fall.
The entire Forrest Hall Renovation Project is right on schedule. We are now in the third and final year of this great undertaking. Careful planning and attention to detail have been crucial to the process. Thanks to our Administration for securing the necessary funding, and RCCI for providing the labor and resources required. Thanks be to our God for supplying all our needs at Toccoa Falls College. He truly makes the way for all of us!”
Along with preparations for continued work at Forrest Hall, several improvement projects have been underway across campus this summer. Several student houses on campus, including Carlisle, Oakvale, and Rainwater, have undergone partial renovations, including interior reconfigurations, flooring updates, the addition of rooms, and exterior improvements, to prepare for fall occupancy. The athletic gym now features new flooring in the lobby and locker areas, complemented by matching paint, while the library has partial new flooring. Timms Hall and the Mail Center will begin flooring updates on July 7. Fant Hall’s main roof is currently being replaced. Across campus, the grounds crew is incorporating natural river stone landscaping, and the Student Center Cafeteria is undergoing a renovation with new paint and wall changes, led by Chartwells and campus leadership.
Thanks to the teamwork and dedication of many, and above all, the abundant provision and goodness of God, these improvements have become a reality. TFC is deeply grateful and eagerly anticipates welcoming students back to campus this August.
