Toccoa Falls College is proud to announce a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. Our regional accreditor, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) notified TFC this past July of the approval of this new master’s degree program.   This new graduate program will launch in the fall of 2020.  This program is entirely online and does not require students to come to campus.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at TFC will provide work-place professionals with advanced organizational knowledge, skills, and research capabilities for service in leadership roles in many settings including business, government, non-profit, or educational settings.  Employment sectors containing organizational leadership occupations are projected to experience significant growth in the coming years, and Toccoa Falls College is thrilled to be able to prepare graduates with the Christian principles and academic excellence that characterize the TFC experience. Speaking on the new program, President Dr. Bob Myers commented, “TFC is very excited to bring graduate education in organizational leadership to both our local community and to students from around the world. This is a graduate program that will enhance leadership skills for anyone regardless of their occupation. ”

The online graduate program from TFC will take a personalized approach, enabling flexibility for graduate learners to take the required management and leadership courses at a very reasonable cost. Students may complete the graduate program using either a one-year or a two-year degree plan. The intent is to help students balance academic, professional, and personal life commitments.

Toccoa Falls College is now accepting applications for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program which will begin in the Fall of 2020.  Anyone interested in the program should visit tfc.edu/graduateprogram for more information or contact Andrew Thorne at athorne@tfc.edu.
