TFC Invites Community to Music Faculty Showcase

Toccoa Falls, Ga. (January 23, 2026) -Toccoa Falls College invites members of the community to attend the Music Faculty Performance Showcase on January 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The event will be held in the TFC Music Department Band Room (M104).

The showcase will feature works by several seminal composers whose lives and music continue to shape history. With an eclectic offering from classical to jazz, the performance showcase and presentation will be richly varied, featuring piano, instrumental, and chamber music. This unique event provides an opportunity to hear and engage with members of the TFC music faculty as they perform and present on the music and legacy of these influential composers. Featured TFC faculty performers include Dr. George Dougherty, trumpet; Dr. You Ju Lee, piano; and Dr. Desmond Ikegwuonu, piano. The program will also feature a special guest appearance by Atlanta Symphony Orchestra cellist Paul Warner.
