Toccoa Falls, Ga. (August 29, 2024) – As the first week of classes comes to a close, Toccoa Falls College reflects on the blessings that have already come with a new semester. Fall enrollment is up again this year with a institutional record of over 3,000 students (On-Campus, Undergraduate & Graduate Online, and Dual Enrollment) enrolling in classes.

This growth is best described by our Director of Admissions, Shelby Ryals:

“Because TFC offers far more than a degree, our hope is beyond what the world can see. The process of bringing students to TFC is one of planting seeds, tilling the soil, and watching for rain, but it is only our Lord who can make the harvest grow.”

TFC celebrated the new incoming class and returning students during Welcome Week, a time of connecting with one another and preparing for the year to come. The week consisted of meeting new friends, community worship, exploring campus, team building, competitions, and most notably, the Back to School Bash. This was one of the first of many events of the year to create an inviting environment where students are able to enjoy the community for which TFC is known. Students enjoyed ax throwing, an inflatable obstacle course, sand volleyball, swimming, and a variety of games and memories to cherish.

As fall semester continues, TFC looks forward to seeing how God’s “harvest” will bloom in the lives of students, faculty, and staff. To learn more about our mission and offerings, please visit tfc.edu.
