TFC Announces Commencement Speaker Dr. Gary Chapman
Toccoa Falls, Ga. (April 29, 2026) – Toccoa Falls College is honored to announce that esteemed author, pastor, and speaker Dr. Gary Chapman will deliver the keynote address at its 2026 Commencement ceremony. Known for his Christ-centered teaching and lasting impact on relationships and families, Chapman will offer graduates encouragement as they step into lives of purpose, service, and calling.
For more than a decade, Dr. Chapman has maintained a close and mission-driven relationship with Toccoa Falls College, serving as a commencement speaker, investing in its students and programs, and partnering in the development of the Chapman School of Graduate Studies. Chapman and his wife, Karolyn, have made a significant philanthropic impact on the college. Their generosity played a major role in the development and expansion of TFC’s graduate programs, reflecting a shared vision for Christ-centered higher education. Chapman is well-known for his The Five Love Languages series. The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate was published in 1992 and has held the #1 spot on the New York Times bestseller list multiple times. His work continues to have a lasting impact on multiple generations, with Chapman speaking to audiences around the world about how to love one another.
