Isaac Robinson, TFC Alumni, Wins First PDGA Major

Toccoa Falls College proudly celebrates the incredible accomplishments of recent alumni, Isaac Robinson (c/o 2022), who won his first Professional Disc Golf Association Major at the Champions Cup hosted in Appling, GA on April 20-23, 2023.

Robinson competed against the top 108 disc golfers in the world for this Major title and ended up finishing with a score of 40 under par after four rounds of eighteen holes. Robinson gained the lead early in the first round and held on to the lead throughout the entire tournament for a dominant performance. Robinson shares about the emotional win in his home state in the most recent PDGA News Release.

Several Toccoa Falls College alumni made the trip to Appling, GA on April 23rd to celebrate this monumental occasion with Robinson as he was awarded the Champions Cup trophy. Robinson was integral in bringing the love of disc golf to the campus of Toccoa Falls College and now gets to pursue this passion for disc golf full time successfully as his career. Many congratulations to Isaac on winning his first of hopefully many PDGA Major titles!
